Our work with Bev focused heavily on optimizing the customer journey through experimentation and iterative design. We identified friction on the product detail page and introduced new elements—like flavor selectors and clear ABV details—that made key information more accessible. On the homepage, we tested video modules to increase engagement and time on site.
