We developed a fully headless architecture with a custom frontend for maximum speed, flexibility, and control. The result: near-instant load times and a modern user experience that mirrors the quality of the brand. In addition to the frontend experience, we also built a custom shipping protection app that allows Fount to self-insure and retain more control over post-purchase support. This tool gives customers the option to protect their orders at checkout, while giving the Fount team internal control over claims and replacements—enhancing both the brand experience, operational efficiency, and profit margins.

Skin Quiz Flow for Personalization & Upsells

To help users find the right products and increase AOV, we designed a custom skin quiz that guides shoppers through personalized recommendations. This not only improved user experience but also enabled advanced segmentation and tailored marketing flows. The quiz provides users personalized product suggestions and collects contact information for email marketing.
