Skratch Labs already had a high-performing site—but our challenge was to make it even better. Through detailed funnel analysis and data-driven testing, we identified friction points and implemented strategic UX enhancements across the site.

Homepage & Landing Pages

We redesigned the homepage hero section to replace a static image with a more dynamic hero grid and tested promotional messaging for higher engagement. Landing pages were also streamlined and improved for easier navigation. Here are some highlights:

Product Detail Pages (PDPs)

We analyzed Skratch Labs’ product pages using heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback to identify friction points. Tests focused on redesigning the variant selector for more intuitive flavor choices and adding value proposition callouts highlighting nutritional benefits, clean ingredients, and brand differentiators. These updates streamlined the experience and drove a measurable lift in PDP conversions, fueling Skratch’s growth in performance nutrition.

Cart Experience & Upsell Strategy

We transitioned Skratch Labs from a static cart page to a slide-out cart, reducing friction and keeping customers in the shopping flow. Within the cart, we tested CRO tactics including a dynamic free shipping motivator and upsell modules for add-ons like sample packs and hydration bundles. The sample pack stood out, boosting AOV while attracting first-time buyers who showed higher repeat purchase rates.
