2023: Laying the Foundation

Year one was about transformation. We led a complete rebrand and built a custom Shopify theme tailored to Glow’s unique business model—elevating them from Instagram-only sales into a polished, scalable eCommerce brand with a digital storefront designed to fuel future growth.

2024: From Foundation to Functionality

With the foundation in place, 2024 was about expanding functionality. We introduced key third-party integrations and built custom features that elevated the customer experience—from loyalty and returns to an optimized cart that encouraged higher conversions.

2025: Scaling Retention & Community

Glow’s third year was all about turning community into retention. With a vibrant social audience already behind the brand, we crafted loyalty-focused strategies that brought that same excitement to the website—boosting SMS and email sign-ups through exclusivity and early-access experiences.

  • Launched SMS members-only pre-releases, giving subscribers 24-hour early access to drops
  • Increased SMS signup conversion rate from 1.4% (standard discount offer) to 60.5% with the exclusivity strategy
  • Grew SMS subscriber count by 36.7% in the first 3 months of launch
  • Took over full Klaviyo management, including strategy, design, and execution of high-performing campaigns
